By accessing or using the IronTrack mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
IronTrack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. For example, you must not:
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The information and coaching provided by IronTrack, including AI food recognition and macro tracking, are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or diet.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and AI models, are the exclusive property of IronTrack and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
In no event shall IronTrack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
